Pacific Bridge Ventures (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and provides users with full control over their personal data. This User Data Deletion Policy explains how individuals can request the deletion of their personal information collected through our website or through third-party integrations such as Facebook Login.

1. Data Collected via Facebook Login

If you sign in or interact with our services using Facebook Login, we may collect limited information such as:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Public profile information
  • Profile photo
  • User ID provided by Facebook

This information is used only for authentication, account creation, or improving user experience.

2. Your Right to Request Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of:

  • Your account
  • Your profile data
  • Your resume/CV or uploaded documents
  • Facebook-linked login information
  • Any personal information shared with us

Once deleted, your data will not be recoverable.

3. How to Request Your Data to Be Deleted

You may delete your data by following any of the steps below:

A. Data Deletion via Email (Recommended by Facebook)

Send an email to:

Subject: User Data Deletion Request

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email associated with your account
  • If applicable, your Facebook user ID
  • A clear statement requesting deletion of your data

We will process your deletion request within 7–14 business days.

B. Data Deletion via Facebook Login (Manual Method)

If you want to delete your data specifically stored due to Facebook Login:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account
  2. Go to: Settings & Privacy
  3. Select Apps and Websites
  4. Find the app: Pacific Bridge Ventures
  5. Click Remove
  6. Confirm deletion of app-related data

This will remove the app permissions and related Facebook-linked data.

C. Data Deletion via Website (If you add a button later)

If you implement a “Delete My Account” button, users can request deletion directly through their profile page.
(Currently recommended only if your platform supports it.)

4. What Happens After Data Deletion?

When you request deletion:

  • Your profile is permanently deleted
  • All personal data (name, email, CV, phone number) is removed
  • All Facebook-linked login tokens are revoked
  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • Employers will no longer see your information
  • Backups are purged within 30–90 days, depending on server cycles

We will retain only minimal data required by law (e.g., compliance, fraud prevention).

5. Exceptions for Legal or Compliance Purposes

We may retain certain information if required by:

  • UAE labor laws
  • Philippine Data Privacy Act
  • Anti-fraud reporting
  • Contract or billing obligations
  • National regulatory requirements

Such information will be restricted and never used for marketing.
